Internship and Employment

Internships at Asian Confluence:

The Asian Confluence Internship Program offers students, researchers, and young professionals a 3–6 month opportunity (on-site in Shillong or hybrid) to work on live projects at the intersection of policy, culture, innovation, and grassroots development. Interns gain hands-on experience, receive a certificate upon completion, and become part of our Alumni Network with opportunities to publish on our platform. They’re invited to stay engaged as volunteers in future programs and are given priority consideration for the prestigious Young Scholars Network—opening doors to regional forums, mentorship, and leadership development. Applicants are accepted year-round, making it easy to align your application with academic schedules or professional goals.
