Ground Speak: AsCon reaches out to its wide network of working officials, on-ground experts and practitioners in East and North East India and its neighbourhood to understand the unfolding realities on the ground in the wake of COVID-19  pandemic. The on-ground experts share their views, experience and updates on what is happening to contentious issues like cross-border trade, supply chains, livelihoods, health, security and environment. This is envisaged as a technology-aided grounds-up evidence gathering to influence policy in the real time as we adjust and adapt to a new normal in a post COVID-19 world.
