Bay of Bengal and BIMSTEC Cooperation in Post-COVID Era

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed a serious economic and health crisis to several of the member nations. But as Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi’s outreach to the SAARC countries exemplify, it is also an opportunity to evolve a new spirit in regional cooperation, where the burning issues of today can find solutions in ideas of the future and the region can attempt a leapfrog to create a paradigm shift towards the goal of inclusive, sustainable and holistic development.
