Asian Confluence in an effort to revive the age-old folk theatre of Manipur organised an exhibition event with the aim to promote the traditional practice and foster cultural exchange. Through this exposition, the Manipuri theatre which is of great significance to the national culture of Manipur was exemplified to the audience who were enthralled by the entire experience. The origin of Manipuri Theatre is a continuation of the traditional ways of public performances and dance rituals to the modern theatre. The event saw a troupe of performers from Manipur who showcased the art of storytelling along with folk music and dance in a unique display of artistic expression.
