Asian Confluence, Shillong in collaboration with Nikon Corporation conducted a one day workshop on “Advanced Landscape Photography”. The objective of the workshop was to create a platform for photography enthusiasts to interact with professionals and learn more on the subject.
Mr. Anindo Basu, a Nikon school expert who is pursuing photography as his passion and career for five years, was the resource person for the workshop. Students from St. Anthony’s College, Mass Media department actively took part in the workshop.
Students learned that photography has no rules and the workshop made them more passionate about it; that basic is the main step to be accomplished and the rest can be molded easily. The workshop threw light on what photography is all about. Moreover, free Nikon accessories that were distributed satiated the budding photographers.
