Speaker's Bio
Prof. (Dr.) Ravindra Kumar Sinha, M.Sc. Ph.D. (Patna University, Patna) is currently Vice-Chancellor of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu. An expert member of the National Ganga River Basin Authority he is also popularly known as Dolphin Man of India due to his extensive work on the conservation of the Ganges Dolphin. Other than this he has worked on several environmental issues especially on River Ganga and Ganges River dolphin and Atmospheric pollution
Mr. Manu Bhatnagar is an architect, urban, and environmental planner with over 30 Years of experience in the environment sector. He currently heads the Natural Heritage Division of INTACH as Principal Director. . He has worked in India and SE Asia on diverse projects ranging from urban-regional- environmental planning to cultural documentation, river conservation, lake management, water policy, sustainable agriculture, urban biodiversity.
Mr Shyam Lal Singh is currently the Chairman & CEO of Planner India, Development & Assets Management. . He is responsible for transforming an architectural firm to an internationally renowned professional services organization providing Development Consulting & Asset Management services with cutting edge expertise Mr Singh is also the Founder Trustee at Ganga Seva Nidhi which is committed to create social awareness towards environmental degradation and pollution with special reference to the river Ganga
