The Cultures of Peace festival showcases writing, music, film, theatre, media, photography and other cultural practices from India's northeastern states. It aims to be a platform for the discussion and promotion of arts and scholarship, through them turning over deeper questions of belonging, of 'nation'hood, peace and conflict, migration, labour and more.
