ASEAN Summits: Major Takeaways

The 38th and 39th ASEAN Summits and related events took place in the last week of October 2021, Asian Confluence, Shillong in collaboration with the ASEAN-India Center (AIC) at Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi are organizing a webinar on Understanding the ASEAN Summits to navigate, interpret and explore the Summit statements and declarations to comprehend the actual meaning of it to enhance the ASEAN- India relationships. The webinar will also attempt to understand the nuances of the institutional cooperation led by ASEAN, the concept of ASEAN Centrality and the significance of the ASEAN Outlook on Indo-Pacific (AOIP) and Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative (IPOI).
