Development of sectors such as water resources, connectivity, agriculture, tourism, education and wellness  etc in India’s North eastern states can become a key growth engine for India’s development goals, regional security and progress. There are many missions underway in this  regard. These need to be met bottom up with larger participation of civil society, academia and businesses.
