On December 03, 2024, HE Lindy Cameron, British High Commissioner to India, along with Dr Andrew Fleming, Deputy High Commissioner, East and North East India, British High Commission, visited Asian Confluence. An interactive closed-door discussion was organised on the theme of Strengthening Strategic Partnerships in the Indo-Pacific Region. The discussion explored the themes of Geostrategic Cooperation, Economic Partnership, Security Dynamics and people-to-people dynamics. This roundtable also underlines the mutual benefits of fostering a resilient Indo-Pacific partnership and Northeast India’s pivotal role in shaping regional connectivity, trade, and stability.
