Asian Confluence’s Executive Director, Mr Sabyasachi Dutta, met with Prof. Surat Horachaikul, Director of the India Studies Centre at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. The discussion focused on contemporary regional developments and opportunities to strengthen India–Thailand collaboration through people-centric initiatives in Northeast India. Mr Dutta also extended an invitation to collaborate on initiatives supporting young entrepreneurs in the region and to engage with the Asian Confluence Centre for Bay of Bengal Studies, fostering greater academic and policy dialogue across the Bay of Bengal region.
