Workshop by Maharashtra State Skill Development Society


A two day participatory workshop on criteria for selection and evaluation of skill building trainers or Trainer Participants was organised jointly by MSSDS (Maharashtra State Skill Development Society), Asian Development Bank and Accenture at the Asian Confluence Centre, Shillong on the 23rd and 24th February, 2017. A total of 120 participants from the civil societies, government departments and other individuals participated in the workshop on three fronts – Agri-Development, Handloom and Handicrafts, Eco-tourism and Media Communications. The outcome of these sessions was a compendium of selection criteria and methodology for selection of Training Partners for an ADB sponsored project on skill building in Meghalaya and how to enhance the growth and development through the confluence of a collaborative working force with primal objective of achieving the best results with the right impetus of investing and harvesting in the near future.
